After the success of our dairy additives we are manufacturing additives for distillery and breweries which provide nutrients to your commercial microorganism. Yeast cells are eukaryotic and having the vegetative reproductive life cycles. The majority of contamination inhibits the growth of yeast culture.
Starch based and molasses based distillery uses raw materials e.g. Grains (rice, millets, barley, sorghums), potato and molasses which have lot of mono saccharides in their polymeric form and a good source of alcoholic fermentation but it also have demerits of contamination that decrease the alcohol production by consumption of glucose. These contaminants are bacteria, wild yeast and molds.
These are paradox of yeast cells growth. Our products having the ability to kill that organisms which are create such type of contamination and increase the production rate of fermentation.
